Hello!
I am an assistant professor at the Institute for Science in Society at Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands) specialising in philosophy and ethics of (life and social) science and science-based policy advice. I am also an associate researcher at the Centre for Philosophy of Epidemiology, Medicine, and Public Health (CPEMPH), University of Johannesburg (South Africa) & Durham University (UK).
My current research focuses on ethical and epistemic pluralism in science-informed policy and on questions at the intersection of philosophy, ethics & social studies of biomedicine (esp. precision medicine and animal experimentation). I am also thinking about how best to advance the research programme of a comparative philosophy of science. In connection with this, I am co-editing a special issue of JGPS together with Karim Bschir (see CFP).
